Over the summer and early Fall 2008, we will conduct a series of town hall meetings to hear and consider the opportunities that lie ahead for Union-PSCE. The town hall meeting dates are: Charlotte Alumni & Staff: July 11th, 10:30-11:30am in room 211, Jernigan Center Charlotte Students: July 12th, 12:00-12:45pm in room 211, Jernigan Center Richmond Alumni & Staff: August 19th, 1:00-2:00pm in the Belk Center Richmond Students: September 11th, 4:10-5:10pm in the Belk Center Faculty: September 11th, 1:10-2:00pm in Lower Lingle Hall, Richmond and Videoconference from Charlotte Each town hall meeting will accommodate the first 35 individuals who RSVP. Quantitative and qualitative research gathered will be reviewed and evaluated by our Strategic Planning Committee, comprised of trustees, faculty, students, and staff, in partnership with professional consultants in Strategic Planning and Institutional Branding. Upon Board approval of strategic recommendations regarding the future planning and direction of Union-PSCE, we will begin the creative development of how to best position Union-PSCE for service to the church and world. By February, an updated identity for the institution will be underway.
