I am pleased and humbled to report our Strategic Plan was approved at the February 19th Board of Trustees meeting. This is the culmination of many months of active listening to our seminary community and thoughtful planning by the Board of Trustees. With the Board's approval, we now begin the work of implementing the plan. The road ahead of us will not always be easy, but the result – a vibrant, thriving seminary – will be well worth it.

Our branding partner, circle S studio also presented their findings from the extensive Discovery process they undertook in the fall and their thoughts on how we might distinctively position ourselves both internally and with the broader church and the world. The next phase of their work will focus on crafting a detailed Marketing Plan and recommendations about the name of our institution. We anticipate presenting the findings of this branding and marketing work to the Board in late spring.

As we continue striving to be worthy stewards of this great institution, I thank you for your support and engagement throughout this process.
